I wanted to start the blog with a personal favorite dish. Caprese is super easy and can be eaten as an appetizer or as a light meal. Low in fat, high in protein, and delicious!

Ingrediants :
Olive oil

Directions :
Slice tomatoes and mozarella (pieces should be 1/4"-1/2" thick)
Arrange on plate
Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil on top
Chop 4-5 basil leaves and place on top of salad
